POWDER SCATTER LINES

FOR TUFTED SECONDARY BACKING AND AUTOMOTIVE CARPET PRODUCTS

Sellers offer Powder Scatter Lines as a viable alternative to Conventional Latex Tufted Finishing Lines.  The process is market proven with lines in commercial use for laminating secondary backing materials including felts to tufted products.
  • Lines up to 5 metre wide available for roll-to-roll operation including shearing.
  • Powder Scatterheads specially designed to ensure accurate powder dispersal in both linear and transverse directions.
  • Electrical or Gas Infra-Red Sintering Sections with uniform melt temperature control.
  • Carpet tension controlled through the process on a heavy duty stenter frame.
  • Energy saving – the power and heating demands significantly less than conventional secondary backing systems.
  • Space saving – overall floor area reduced.
  • Product benefits – lighter flexible crease resistant carpet for ease of handling and fitting.
