The compact Tile Shear is designed for processing finished tiles to enhance the surface finish and/or to ensure correct tile height.  Features include:-

TILE TRIMMING LINES

Custom built lines are available incorporating miniature adjustable shearing heads, designed around roller conveyors and these can be arranged to trim all four tile edges and can be linked to automated packing stations.

• Full design flexibility means the line can be tailored to suit production requirements.   
• Shearing heads, complete with lubrication, angle adjustment and flock extraction.
• Custom design means optimum use of floorspace.
