ARTIFICIAL GRASS COATING

Sellers design and manufacture dedicated finishing lines for artificial grass products.  These are suitable for both latex and PU coatings.

  • Tracked J-Scrays and Overhead Guiding Systems.
  • Lick Roll and/or Direct Spread Coating Systems.
  • Heavy Duty Stenter Mechanisms for products up to 5 metre wide.
  • Single and True-Zonal Drying Chambers with accurate temperature and airflow control in top and bottom zones.
  • Perforating/Pinning Units with electrically heated pinning roller.
  • Measuring and Cross-Cut Units.
  • Simple or Semi-Automatic Re-Roll Units.
